How CartridgeBond works, your responsibilities, and our policies.
By using CartridgeBond (cartridgebond.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
CartridgeBond is a connection platform only. We match buyers and sellers of used Nintendo Switch games in the Milwaukee and North Shore area. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not take possession of goods, handle payments, or guarantee the outcome of any exchange.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use CartridgeBond. By submitting a request, you confirm you meet this requirement.
All listings on CartridgeBond are expected to meet A1 condition: game plays perfectly, original case included, no scratches affecting gameplay, clean cartridge pins. Misrepresenting condition is a violation of these Terms and may result in removal from the platform.
CartridgeBond makes no guarantees regarding match timing, the behavior of other users, or the outcome of any transaction. We review submissions manually but cannot verify all information provided by users.
CartridgeBond is free during beta. We will provide at least 30 days written notice before introducing any fees. Users who complete a trade during the beta period (the first 25 to do so) will receive free trades for life.
We reserve the right to remove any listing or ban any user who violates these Terms, misrepresents item condition, no-shows repeatedly, or engages in abusive behavior.
CartridgeBond is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from transactions between users. All transactions are between private individuals. Use common sense, meet in public, and inspect before paying.
